I did not receive an order confirmation, what now?
If you have made a purchase from us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail or SMS within a few minutes. If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be due to the following reasons:
1.) You may have entered your email address incorrectly.
2.) Please check your spam folder. It could be that the order confirmation ended up there
3.) The ordering process was not completed correctly.
When does my order arrive?
As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will process your order and print the motifs and pack the accessories. It can take up to 1-3 working days until we have handed over your package to our supplier.
Despite being personalized for you, your package will usually arrive within 10-15 days!
Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as the goods leave our logistics center, you will receive your tracking number by email and can track your delivery at any time.
Do I pay shipping costs?
No, we always offer you free shipping :-)
Do I have to comply with a minimum order value?
No, every order regardless of the value of the goods is free of shipping costs!
Painting by Numbers
Is the color enough for my picture?
Yes, the amount of paint is tailored to your needs and should be sufficient.
One of my colors has dried up, what do I do?
You probably left your picture too long before you started coloring it. Unfortunately, after a certain period of non-use, the paint can dry despite the airtight seal.
You can try to carefully add a few droplets of water to the paint and then mix them properly. If it doesn't work the first time, try repeating this process until the color returns to the consistency you want.
Who is paint by numbers suitable for?
The pictures look like they were painted by me. Both adults and children enjoy this pastime. Even less creative people can now paint beautiful motifs and be proud of their work.
How does paint by numbers work?
After you have selected your motif for DIY painting by numbers, we will send you the ordered set to your home. The colorless pictures already show areas with lines, which you can now color in with the corresponding colors. A numbering already determines which color belongs to which area of the picture. You will quickly see how well the colors are coordinated and will harmonize perfectly with each other.

Do I have to mix the colors?
no The colors are already mixed and are marked with small numbers. Each number is intended for a corresponding field.

Exchanges and Returns
I don't like the product, is an exchange possible?
If you would like to exchange your product for another one, please enclose a note with your return in which you briefly remind us of this.
Please note: If you have ordered a product from your photo, an exchange is unfortunately not possible, as the image was produced especially for you and can no longer be sold to any other customer.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return myself?
Yes, you have to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods yourself.
